All sales are final. Custom orders — any piece built or finished to order — are non-refundable.
Stock items (leather goods and Book Stand Steel) may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition. Contact tyler@nicecustomgoods.com to initiate an exchange.
Shipping
Orders ship via USPS. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after shipment. Shipping cost varies by item and destination.
